Corporate Formation
Starting a new business? We can explain the different entity types and their tax implications for you to make the best choice. Then we'll form your new Corp or LLC . Corporate formation packages include all required state filings and state fees. We also include EIN applications and your first Statement of Information filing.
The process takes about 1-2 weeks.

Sales Tax
Sales & Use tax returns can be quite complicated. We've got you covered for California as well as any other state in the country. This includes submitting monthly prepayments (if applicable) on your behalf, filing monthly, quarterly or annual sales tax returns depending on the state's requirements.

This office is headed by an Enrolled Agent (EA). Enrolled Agent status is the highest credential awarded by the IRS and EA's have earned the privilege to represent clients before the IRS in any tax matter, alongside CPA's and Attorneys. Common client representation services include reviewing letters received by the IRS & Franchise Tax Board, phone calls to the IRS, formal response letters, and even representation in court.
